I have a Keurig coffee brewer and LOVE it. Wonder if Starbucks coffee will ever be made in the K Cup format that this type of coffee machine uses. Are they competitors or not?

I have a Keurig machine at home and absolutley love it (they use k-cups). We are looking to get a one-cup maker that uses either k-cups or the coffee pods, I just called Kaurig customer service and they were terrible and not helpful at all. are there any other services that rent you the coffee machine and you buy coffee for it every month? I know there are the coffee pods, but what machines do you use it with?

I was considering to buy a Keurig machine and I was wondering if you have to use 1 k-cup per cup of coffee/tea? Because if that is the case, it will be way too expensive.

Probably about 10 cups a day are drank in the office.

While the Keurig only powers up for each cup, it does keep water heated within it for preparation. It also uses disposable K-cups for each use.

The Mr. Coffee brews the 10 cups all at once, but would be left on for 8 hours straight. Disposed of would be one paper filter. (Or, perhaps for freshness, two brews would take place.)

In any case, which is better for the environment?

I am looking to buy a single cup coffee machine that uses K Cups. Which is the best in quality? Also, I want to take into consideration coffee & tea availability? Etc. What do you recommend?

We recently bought this coffee maker, followed the directions in setting it up, rinsed the plastic water reservoir thoroughly yet every cup of coffee/tea/cocoa tastes like plastic. This machine brews one cup of coffee at a time. It’s reservoir holds 10 cups of water. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the plastic taste?
The concept of the machine is great it’s unfortunate everything it brews tastes like plastic.

Any suggestions on what I type of COFFEE I should order? I liked Coffee People Jet-Fuel but I want to try something new-
Light or Dark, I have no preference, just tell me the ones you think are good…

I have one of the Keurig K cup brewers. I have noticed that it seems like it is so wasteful, just having one use and then throwing it away. I am not looking for something to re-use the little plastic cups, I just want to brew the same cup twice…or three times. Has anyone done this?

I wish there was some starbucks option, but what is the best one you’ve tried? Do you still love using k-cups? or has it become a pain?
